Reading women’s online dating profiles, which ones turn you on versus turn you off? I’ve combed a bunch of women’s, and some are so emotional it’s funny.
But i wanted to know, besides the picture (most important part isn’t it?!), what do you like in those little description boxes?

I can tell you I spent more than enough time reviewing profiles. Fortunately, I met my match and we were married last year. She’s a doll.
Telling me you are a liberal (wait maybe that’s ok for now)
So, here’s my take on the online profiles. First, this is an expression of who you are, so make sure you give it your best shot. I could read a profile and quickly surmise if a woman was:
1) high maintenance – making pointed comments about no games or no liars (who said I was going to play games or lie – that was the other guy)
2) Had lots of pets (the key here was there were 6 photos, 5 of which you weren’t in, and featured cats, your car, a floral arrangement(?), a beach, a painting, your kids, your boat, your shoes, your last vacation)
3) Made it apparent that you either could not spell or could not proof read or both.
4) Lied yourself (“My life is so full and complete and now I’ve decided I need a man – yeah right, so if it’s so complete…)
5) Another photo faux pas – putting pics of other grown guys on your profile, with his arms around you (Is that the Liar and games player you were concerned about – I am guessing)
6) Taking precious space by saying “Well, I am not good at this or well I don’t know what to say about me except I little birdies, squirrels and bunnies and such (Shut Up)
7) Showing cleavage (well, let’s hold that for date number 3)
9) Telling me you are self employed when you are actually on disability
10) Putting up a pic from 1992 (or before)
I have to disagree with the picture being the most important part. It might help with the initial attraction, but if her personality or lifestyle is a mess, then, looks don’t cut it. I (used to) look for intelligence first, and common interests a close second. In some ads I noticed that ladies would look for a guy with no ‘baggage’. Oddly enough, those ladies had enough of their own ‘baggage’ so… I just ‘turned the page’, but that’s another question/answer

Well the fat old man in the bathtub is the kind of people who are on there, though, I suppose the women are exactly the same type of person because they are on there too.
So yeah, In the last two minutes I have come to the conclusion that only old fat hairy rapist type men and women do online dating and I have not answered your question at all hahaa, sorry xx
Not to sound desperate, have an attitude of “this is me, take it or leave it”. Having a sense of humor is always nice to see. The picture you post is somewhat important, if you are scrolling through hundreds of profiles you need to stand out.
